This document is an official agreement between the student (trainee) and the company (host organisation).

The purpose of this trainee agreement is to confirm that all involved parties acknowledge the fact that the student will be working at the host company for the defined period of time. In the host organisation, the student will perform tasks relevant to his /her education.

The company is obliged to:

1. Allow the trainee to take part in any lectures and tutorials;
2. To supervise the trainee at the place of work by professional staff

The trainee is obliged to:

The student is required to act in accordance with the purpose of the period of practical training, in particular:

1. To observe all training possibilities offered;
2. To thoroughly and conscionably carry out all tasks given within the framework of the period of the training plan;
3. To comply with all orders both of the place of work and all authorized persons within the framework of the period of practical training;
4. To respect all rules which apply to the place of practical training, especially the work rules and accident prevention regulations as well as rules concerning the duty to respect company secrets;
5. To complete a report within the agreed time limit for presentation to the place of practical training.
6. To notify the place of practical training immediately in the event of absence.

Insurance protection

There is no legal requirement to provide students, undertaking their period of practical training abroad, with accident insurance cover. Students need to insure themselves against accidents.

Remuneration:

An employment relationship will not be established by this contract. The trainee will receive compensation for expenses of EUR 500,00 per month during the validity of his contract. Any resulting tax obligation are the obligation of the student.

The company will offer free housing to the student.
