The Pan-African University (PAU) is an initiative of the Heads of State and Government of the African Union. It is the first continental network of universities whose mission is to provide quality postgraduate education geared towards building a prosperous, integrated, and peaceful Africa.

For the 2026-2027 academic year, the Pan-African University is offering scholarships for Master's programs to students from African countries, including Morocco, at the Institute of Life and Earth Sciences (PAULESI - Nigeria) and the Institute for Governance, Humanities, and Social Sciences (PAUGHSS - Cameroon).
