Scholarship in Italy Invest your Talent in Italy


The “Invest your Talent in Italy” program aims to promote the internationalization of the Italian university system as a center of excellence by offering foreign students opportunities for a fulfilling educational path and a successful future career.
The program offers the opportunity to develop academic, technical and professional skills through a range of master and postgraduate courses in engineering/advanced technologies, architecture/design, economics and management and on-the-job training in Italian companies.
The best Italian universities, participating in the program, offer courses entirely in English, with the aim of improving employment prospects in a competitive landscape. The selected scholarship recipients will receive a nine-month scholarship.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applications can only be submitted by those who meet the following requirements at the time of the call deadline.
Academic qualifications
Applications can only be submitted by candidates who have the academic qualifications (bachelor's degree or equivalent) required to enrol in the chosen master's programme (Laurea Magistrale or Master Universitario). Candidates must have obtained their bachelor's degree.
Students currently studying at an Italian university and those who have obtained an Italian university degree are not eligible for the IYT programme.
Application
Before submitting the IYT application, the candidate must have submitted his/her pre-application on the website of the university of his/her choice for the postgraduate course(s) (Laurea Magistrale or Master) he/she intends to apply for under the IYT call. Each university has its own application procedures, which must be checked and followed before applying to the IYT programme.
Candidates can apply for only ONE course. The second choice is only possible for courses that accept a limited number of students. In this case, the second choice is automatically displayed when finalising the application.
Students are only eligible for the IYT scholarship if they are admitted to the course they have applied for via the IYT platform.
Age requirements
Candidates must have been born on or after 1 January 1998. Students applying for a scholarship renewal are exempt from this provision.
Language skills
Applicants must submit an English language certificate as proof of their English language proficiency.
Applicants must hold a certificate at least at level B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Applicants who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree taught in English may submit a certificate issued by their university, attesting that English is the language of instruction at that university/course/faculty. This certificate may be accepted as proof of English language proficiency.
Proof of proficiency in Italian is not mandatory, but will be taken into consideration in the selection process.
START AND DURATION OF THE SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarship will cover a study period of 9 (nine) months starting from October 1st.
List of documents to be submitted:
Final transcript of all previous exams as well as the final grade (bachelor’s degree);
students who have completed their bachelor's degree studies but have not yet received their degree - - must submit, together with the final transcript of all previous examinations, a document on their university's letterhead certifying that they have completed their bachelor's degree program and are awaiting the issuance of their degree. This document must be issued and signed by a representative of the Academic Registrar's Office;
English language certificate (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL);
Italian language certificate, if applicable;
Video in which the candidate must explain his/her motivations (no more than one minute);
CV/resume;
Valid passport.
An official translation into English, French or Spanish is required if the documents are written in a language other than these. Translated documents and original copies must be provided.
