The Korea International Cooperation Agency offers scholarships for nationals of developing countries. Applications must be submitted to the Embassy of South Korea.

KOICA, or Korea International Cooperation Agency, is a core government agency responsible for development aid and international cooperation. Founded in 1991, KOICA aims to support sustainable socio-economic development in developing countries by placing emphasis on health, education, governance, rural development, environment, and energy.
