Many people want to work in Germany as qualified workers, whether an engineer, doctor or a nurse. Is it possible? what are the requirements?

You can obtain a residence permit for employment as a skilled worker if:

-Your foreign diploma has been (partially) recognized;

-You have received a concrete job offer in your profession. To this end, your future employer will need to complete the “Employer’s Declaration of employment” form;

-You meet the general requirements under foreigners' law, e.g. valid passport, secure means of subsistence, etc.

You should only submit your visa application once all the conditions have been met or it is foreseeable that you will meet them and you can provide complete documentation. If your foreign diploma has not yet been recognized, your visa application cannot be processed.
