EFG International is a swiss private bank offering private banking, asset management, and other financial services at 40 locations worldwide.

Program schedule

You will spend 2-week onboarding in Switzerland to discover EFG Mission, Vision and Culture and start networking.

You will take part in the onboarding to specific trainings competencies and communication skills.

Multiple learning opportunities to achieve full potential.

You will benefit from Buddy and Mentor during the programme.

You can work in multiple positions based in Miami, London, Luxembourg, Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Singapore and Hong Kong.

There are 3 professional paths

You will take part in 4 rotations of 3 months each across different business units

* Business Functions for rotations in Private Banking, Investment Solutions and Global Markets business units.

* Corporate Functions for rotations in Compliance, Risk, Finance and HR.

* Digital, IT and Operations (available in Switzerland only) for rotations in IT and main operations functions.

Requirement

*Bachelor or Master degree

*Excellent English (any other language will be an advantage)
